Users attempt to access TPAM /PAR interface using Internet Explorer 8, they successfully login but are not able to see any of the menus or data. The Quest Software logo is displayed but the rest of the webpage is blank.
Internet Explorer is not up to date with required Microsoft patches.
This is a known issue and the resolution is to install the Microsofts Internet Explorer 8 latest cumulative patch - KB2618444.
After applying this patch users will be able to view the content of the TPAM /PAR home screen.
