When a user attempts to request a PSM session using the proxy type RDP - Interactive Login, they are presented with the following message:
This account requires the password to be released and you don't have the necessary permissions.
User has not been granted sufficient permissions for the Password required to auto logon the PSM session.
To grant permissions to the Account follow the below steps:
Access /PAR Interface
Systems, Accounts & Collections - Accounts - Manage Accounts - List the accounts - Select the account Required - Permissions Tab - Results - Select the User - Grant an Access Policy prefixed with "PPM" - Click the single Green Tick, and then Save Changes.
Then attempt requesting the PSM session again using the account required.
