PSM Session stuck in a "Starting" or "Stopping" state and cannot be terminated.
WORKAROUND 1:
Restart the appliance to see if this will clear the session from the active sessions list.
WORKAROUND 2:
If restarting does not clear the sessions in question, please contact Support to troubleshoot further.
SOLUTION:
To help prevent this issue from occurring in the future, please instruct users to always click the blue "Terminate" button when ending their PSM session to ensure that the connection is closed properly.
