Not all the systems in the PAR Appliance are tested everyday. Why are they not being checked?
In this kind of scenario several factors need to be considered: are the systems testing successfully? Can they be contacted? Are there errors in the logs indicating connection issues?
If the system is not being tested it could be because it cannot be reached by TPAM. Review available log files to check for possible errors.
What time are tests being run? Could there be a conflict with another process?
Administration of managed systems and accounts requires that certain checks be performed. The administrator should be aware of where to look in the available logs and reports in the instance that a system cannot be reached or a test not performed against it. TPAM can report that there is an issue, but it can't fix the issue.
