Active Directory (AD) integration is no longer working.
Reset the password for the functional account. Then test the system and verify it can be succesfully contacted.
To verify which system this is, go to the /par interface:
- Integration | Active Directory
- Choose the appropriate listing then click the "Source" tab. The "Active Directory System" selected is being used for the AD integration. Verify that this managed system can be tested successfully from Systems, Accounts & Collections | Systems | Manage Systems
