One user is unable to authenticate through the VPN web interface with RADIUS error:
"RADIUS Error: Incorrect username or passcode."
Confirm that the assigned token can be successfully tested in Active Directory (AD). If it tests successfully, "Response verified successfully", then check the DSS logs for any errors related to the authentication attempt.
If, however, the token does not test successfully in AD, "Failed to verify response - Validation Failed", delete/re-program the token for the user. If this issue continues, consider programming the token using the "OATH" option.
You may also try the "Reset" option for the assigned token.
