Trying to install QESSO client and getting an error, "license is not found"
Client system does not have the correct licensing information installed. This should be resolved by either pushing out a Group Policy (GPO) with the license information to these workstations, or by running the "Configure Workstation" utility.
Confirm if the license information exists on the client system:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Evidian\IAM\Licenses
If it does not exist:
- In the case of using a GPO to push the license information, confirm the GPO is being applied.
- There is a manual option for applying the license. Open the WGConfig.exe which is installed here: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Evidian\WGSS. The wizard will allow you to import the license file.
