Resolved issue: Authentication is abandoned when the user authenticates through VPN.

Cause
This hotfix must be applied when one of the following issues is observed:
- During client authentication in Defender environment, user authentication attempts may fail at random instances. RADIUS requests display Access Challenge responses and authentications abandoned message gets logged in the DSS Audit logs.
- DSS Audit logs record incorrect data for the active users count.
- Multiple requests triggered to enter two-factor authentication passcode.
- An incorrect token message is displayed even after entering a valid passcode.
NOTE: This hotfix may stop working if more than 256 authentication requests are sent simultaneously to the Defender Security Server (RADIUS) from both VPN and Defender Desktop Login. -
