On the logon screen is it possible to define which Identity Provider is the default (Local, Active Directory, External Federation etc) -
Resolution
No. However, when logging in the selected provider will be stored in a cookie such that the next time it will be the default provider for that workstation.To hide Active Directory domains showing up, untick the domain in Settings | Identity and Authentication | Domain Name | untick "Available Domain for Identity and Authentication"? -
