INVALID PASSWORD attempting to access on One Identity Safeguard GUI
When logging in using Active Directory credentials - User receives Invalid password message accessing the One Identity Safeguard desktop client or web interface.
Users Active Directory Password is not being entered correctly. When Safeguard is configured to communicate with Active Directory, and the user selects from the dropdown menu to connect to a configured domain, then the user needs to input a valid username and password that is correct in Active Directory.
Ensure the username and password is correct, and test entering the same username and password combination to another domain connected client to confirm the password is correct.
If secondary authentication is configured, verify that the users token is correctly configured and working as expected. Verify with the Two-Factor Authentication Admin to see if the logs show any issue with a users authentication attempt.
