Upgrading stalls at x % unable to complete. -
Resolution
Upgrade job was left to run overnight but stalls at x % after more than 12 hours.
During the upgrade from 2.x to 2.11, it stalled at x %.
MGMT port may not respond via cross cable.IP at X0 may not respond via cross cable.LCD may show stalled at Apply Update x %.Serial Port may not respond when the appliance is rebooted but may show "Invalid Password" error.Please provide screenshot of these and support bundle (where possible) and contact support to confirm the next step.
