When attempting to join cluster error "Replica Enrollment Failed" is shown and device goes into quarantine mode
Description

Error "Replica Enrollment Failed" popup when trying to enroll a new cluster member with the error:
"Error: Failed to level 2, [TincConfig] VPN connectivitity could not be established.
Aborting..."

or

"Error: Replica failed to join.
Call failed with status code 400 (Bad Request): POST https://ip_address/service/core/v3/Cluster/Members/join"

The member being added then goes into quarantine.
Cause

Required ports are not open between the cluster members
Resolution

WORKAROUND

1. Ensure firewalls are configured to allow appliances must be able to communicate over TCP and UDP port 655 and TCP port 443.
2. Perform a factory reset on the quarantined device. More information here
3- Re-add the new cluster member

STATUS

Issue fixed in version 6.8, the device will no longer go into quarantine mode
