1.- Raise a new service request with OneIdentity Support.
2.- In the service request attach the challenge code you receive from:
POST /Core/v3/Cluster/VMCompatibleBackup/ChallengeRequest (Hardware Only, Primary Only)(appliance admin).

This Generates a VM Compatible Backup Authorization request file that will be sent to OneIdentity in a Challenge/Response scenario.
The VM Compatible Backup Authorization request will be encrypted in the same way as a challenge for changing the bootstrap password or factory reset from the kiosk.
3.-After sending in the challenge code please wait until OneIdentity Support sends you back the response. Please don't refresh or navigate away from the API window as this may cause the response to fail. Please make sure to use the response code in a timely manner as these have an expiration time.
