From Client machine:
- Test using Telnet to verify access to the RDP port specified in SPS connection policy
# telnet {SPS IP} {Port}
From SPS appliance:
- Go to Basic Settings > Troubleshooting > Connect to TCP port
Test to verify that the SPS appliance has access to the RDP port 3389 against the target server
Make sure this is successful from each SPS appliance that will service the RDP sessions.
If the Telnet test does fail, network routes will need to be investigated within the network infrastructure.
