In certain cases, One Identity Support may provide a special diagnostic package that can be applied to your SPP appliance to resolve the issue you are experiencing. These are typically intended to be one type hotfixes to specific issues, and are separate from generally available patches released to fix more widespread product defects.
Please login to the Client and navigate to Admin Tools | Settings | Appliance | Appliance Diagnostics
Upload the package and execute it.
After it has completed, please save a copy of the log file and provide it to Support for review.
