Error after 2.7 upgrade: "You are not authorized to perform this action. (90403)"
Description
After upgrading to 2.7, and trying to acknowledge a request (revoked, expired, check in) that was made in the previous version the error "You are not authorized to perform this action (90403)" is returned.
Resolution
WORKAROUND
After 3 days these expired requests will be removed. This issue does not impact new requests made after the 2.7 upgrade.
STATUS
Issue ID 802310 has been corrected in the Safeguard 2.8 release. From the Safeguard 2.8 Release Notes under the "Resolved Issues" section:
"Acknowledging expired or revoked access requests after upgrading now works as intended. Issue ID 802310"
