Safeguard for Privilege Passwords Root certificate update for Starling 2FA and Approval Anywhere -
Description
On the 1st of December 2019, One Identity Starling started to use a new web SSL certificate, signed by the Sectigo certificate authority. Safeguard 2.10 and below does not ship with the Sectigo root certificate, this need to be manually added to Safeguard.

Resolution
1/ Download the root certificate from Sertico from the "Attachments" section below
2/ From the Safeguard client connect to the Safeguard Primary | Settings | Certificates | Trusted Certificates | Click +. Add the certificate
When installing the certificate, Safeguard may error with "The certificate with thumbprint has already been installed or is system owned". This error can be safely ignored.
