Description
From 6.9 when using the thick client to connect to Safeguard the following error is shown:
"The SSL/TLS connectiion to xxx is not secure due to the following certificate errors(s):RemoteCertificateChainErrorsWould you like to allow all insecure requests to the server (unsafe)."

Resolution
From 6.9 the Safeguard thick client has increased security and will show this alert message when the SSL chain is not trusted. The end user must cliick Allow.
This will occur when using the factory self-signed certificate. Or with a customer supplied certificate without the required trusted chain setup, or using an IP/DNS address that is not on the certificate.
To prevent the message, ensure that a fully trusted SSL certificate has been installed on Safeguard and the the trusted root certificate has been installed on the workstation.
