Description
When connecting to a RDP session the following popup is seen:
"The publisher of this remote connection can't be identified. Do you want to connect anyway?
This remote connection could harm your local or remote computer. Do not connect unless you know where this connection came from or have used it before.
Publisher: Unknown publisher"

Cause
This issue occurs when Windows opens unsigned RDP files. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1Tick the "Don't ask me again for connections to this computer" box, and Connect. This adds an entry to the below registry locations to prevent the warning on future connections.HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\ServersHKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\LocalDevices\
WORKAROUND 2
Copy the Approved / Request credentials from Safeguard, directly into the Microsoft RDP client (or an RDP client of your choice) and then click Connect – this should prevent the warning message from being displayed.
