Email notification to user alerting them that release will expire in X minutes -
Description
Is it possible to have Safeguard send a notification to a requestor that their Password or Session request is going to end in X minutes / hours / days?
Users can request and release passwords or take sessions for many hours / days. It has been a requirement that users need to extend the request to allow them time to finish their tasks or duties.

Cause
It would be useful to have Safeguard alert the user via email or toast message to give them time to extend the release, and also give them to direct link in the email or message. -
Resolution
At this time Safeguard is unable to alert a user that their request is coming to an end. We have raised an ER 293949 for this feature to be considered in the future. -
