Password change fails on SAP HANA -
Description
When attempting to manage accounts on SAP HANA, Safeguard is able to successfully connect to the target SAP HANA instance, check connection works as expected. However check and change password results in the following error:

Cause
Password rule configured in Safeguard generates password with special characters that are not supported by SAP HANA.

Resolution
Review the Password Rule created and assigned to the SAP HANA Asset in Safeguard:
- Assets - Locate the SAP Asset using Search function
- General Tab - *Note the Password Profile assigned to the Asset*
Then navigate to Administrative Settings:
- Settings - Password Management - Account Password Rules
- Locate the Password profile noted earlier
- Locate "Symbols"
- If symbols are enabled, then verify the permitted symbols with the SAP HANA admin and configure accordingly.
*In our internal testing, disabling symbols allowed Safeguard to generate a password that SAP HANA accepted.*
