Unable to perform simultaneous requests when Show Account Request Availability is enabled -
Description
The following error appears when a user attempts to request the password for an account that is enabled for simultaneous access requests and this user also has the Show Account Request Availability enabled in the Web UI:
This is already checked out through [Month DD, YYYY] at [HH:MM AM\PM]

Cause
The issue is caused when Simultaneous Access requests and Show Account Request Availability are both enabled -
Resolution
The following Change requests will address this issue in a future release of SPP subject to successful QA and Product manager approval:
Change Request # 409610 will address this issue in SPP 7.0.3 LTS release.Change Request # 409524 will be addressed in SPP 7.3 Feature release.
