Import Assets or Accounts using CSV in SPP 7.0 or above

After upgrading SPP to version 7.0 LTS, the import via CSV option is missing as it was deprecated along with the SPP Desktop Client.
Is there a way to import Assets and Accounts via CSV in the Web UI?

This functionality has been moved to Safeguard-PS.

Safeguard PS is an open source project tool that can be used to administer SPP via Powershell cmdlets and scripts.

1. To create the templates with all default and optional parameters, please use the commands below:

For Assets template:
New-SafeguardAssetImportTemplate -All

For Accounts template:
New-SafeguardAssetAccountImportTemplate -All

For set Accounts Passwords template:
New-SafeguardAssetAccountPasswordImportTemplate

2. To import the CSV template, please use the command for each template:

Import-SafeguardAsset -Path '<path to csv file>'
Import-SafeguardAssetAccount  -Path '<path to csv file>'
Import-SafeguardAssetAccountPassword  -Path '<path to csv file>'
