Error Request to OneLogin failed. Please try again later or contact an administrator to check logs for more details. Shows when attempting to add second identity provider One Login for a user.
The new identity provider was correctly added but if the customer attempts to set the second identity provider for a specific user, the error appears -
Cause
The issue was about the profile with which API credentials was created. -
Resolution
Create new API credentials and choosing the MANAGE ALL profile.
