Description
Upgrading SPP breaks Starling Connect and AD Asset could not be managed by SPP anymore. -
Cause
After upgrading SPP breaks Starling Connect and gives an error. We can see an example of error here:

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Upgrade to feature release 7.5 or above: Perform a manual re-sync of the connector going to the connector in the Web UI and re-saving it.Asset Management > Connect and Platforms > Registered Connectors > edit and change the display name, for example > re-save
2. For LTS release: Delete and recreate the connector
STATUS:
A Change Request #433581 will address this issue in a future 8.0 LTS release which is subject to successful QA and product manager approval. -
