Download .RDP file to launch the session

Change request # 468532 will fix this issue in the upcoming release of SPP 8.0.1 LTS and 8.1 feature release with SCALUS release 1.1.0.308 subject to successful QA testing and product management approval. -

The workaround of using the disable flag "--disable-features=StandardCompliantNonSpecialSchemeURLParsing" is no longer valid
