Description
When uploading the SPP patch on the primary appliance, the process seems to be stuck with message "Distributing Update to Cluster Members".
The health information states: Health information for this appliance has not been updated for more than 30 minutes. If this warning persists, contact support.

Cause
The RAM Memory assigned to the SPP VM appliance is low.

Resolution
- Cancel the Patch distribution by clicking on the Unlock icon.
- Increase the RAM assigned to the SPP VM appliance to at least 32 GB.
- Attempt the Patch upload and distribution again.
