1. If previously installed, uninstall the player by running the "Uninstall.exe" file ithe safeguard player directory (C:\Program Files\Safeguard)
2. Delete the C:\Program Files\Safeguard directory

When performing the install enable verbose debugging by running the .exe from a Command Prompt and typing ' --verbose' at the end of the file name so that it looks something like this.
\Downloads>desktop_player_installer.x.x.x.release.exe --verbose > desktopplayerlog.txt
Note: Add > desktopplayerlog.txt in case the install doesn't complete and the InstallationLog.txt isn't created.
Once the install completes please browse to the following location.
C:\Program Files\Safeguard\Safeguard Desktop Player and locate the InstallationLog.txt If the file hasn't been created or the install doesn't complete then provide the output txt file from the Command Prompt.
