When attempting an RDP session through SPS there is a prompt for credentials, is it possible to bypass or skip this?
The prompt states Please provide your server-side credentials, as seen below.
If using inband destination selection for the RDP connection target, SPS will prompt for the target server address and then prompt for credentials if the address and username are not properly encoded in the username field, as well as if the credentials are not saved for use with the Windows RDP Client.
If using a fixed address for the RDP connection target and the credentials are not saved for use with the Windows RDP Client, SPS will prompt for credentials.
1. If inband destination selection is being used, review this KB article titled How To: Encode the address of the destination server in the username field to learn how to bypass the target server address prompt.
2. Configure the RDP client to save the credentials, or make sure that the Allow me to save credentials option is selected in the RDP client.
3. If the Allow me to save credentials option is missing or grayed out, it is possible to enable it in group policy by following the steps found in the Administration Guide in the section titled Saving login credentials for RDP on Windows.
