This issue occurs when copying / pasting images from the target machine to the host (client) machine during an RDP session.
This is caused by an underlying audit trail writer service issue, which causes the the zorp proxy to crash, leading to the closure of connections on the RDP protocol.
The only known work around is to avoid copying/pasting images from a target machine to a client machine during an RDP session.
A permanent fix will be implemented in a future release of the product. Please review the list of Resolved Issues and Enhancement Requests published within the product release notes to determine if this specific Change Request is included in an upcoming release.
