Description
Session authentication will fail. Upon reviewing the RDP logs error messages like below will be seen:
Okta:Received response: 403, {"errorCode":"E0000006","errorSummary":"You do not have permission to perform the requested action","errorLink":"E0000006","errorId":"oaelQFZ1Ya5SmKxXRoPdfA_Fw","errorCauses":[]}
ERROR:okta.okta:Unexpected error returned by Okta

Cause
Default Okta policies dictate that API keys will expire and no longer authenticate if inactivity surpasses 30 days.
Another cause can be if the account with Okta is deleted or disabled.

Resolution
Confirm that the account and API key used by SPS are still valid and active within Okta.
Confirm that the API key matches between SPS and Okta.
