RDP session fails if two(multiple) monitors are used or if the session has very high resolution (e.g. 4K).

Cause
SPS usually negotiates session attributes like screen size or color depth with client and adjust the desktop resolution accordingly. In case this is not possible and these limits are exceeded, such connection will automatically fail.
RDP-specific settings on SPS side ("Maximum display width", "Maximum display height") have insufficiently low values to accommodate the requirements of multiple-desktop session.

Resolution
- Navigate into "RDP Control > Settings"- choose the entry you would like to amend- "Maximum display width" and "Maximum display height" values has to be high enough to cover the combined resolution of client's multi-desktop (or hi-res) setup.Make sure to adjust these settings if your clients use multiple monitors. For example, if your clients use two monitors that have a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels each, set Maximum display width to 4000, and Maximum display height to 2200. -
