During browsing the SPS web UI the following error occurs.
No matter which button is pressed page cannot be accessed.
This is a Browser issue.
This could happen if the browser does not send the "frontend_token" cookie, e.g. the cookie was deleted from the browser.
There could be a number of different causes for the "frontend_token" cookie to dissappear, so solutions can vary.
- Try a different Browser.
- Delete browser cache/cookies/history and close the browser, then reopen again.
- As a workaround try Private mode.
You may also check if there is any web filtering device which could remove this cookie, e.g. proxy-like device between the browser and SPS. It may filter out frontend_token cookies.
A web load balancer between client and SPS can also cause this issue, if the load balancer acts as a http proxy.
If the issue still persists please contact OneIdentity Support by opening a Service Request, and please attach the HAR file as well for further analysis.
You can fetch the HAR file with the following steps:
1. Open the browser
2. Press F12
3. Click at Network tab
4. Reproduce the problem
5. Export HAR file
6. Attach it to the ticket.
