The following RDP clients are supported:
Windows built-in RDP clients:
- Windows 7 Service Pack 1
- Windows 8.1
- Windows 10
- Windows Server 2012
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2019
macOS Mojave:- Royal TSX 4.2.1
Other Remote Desktop clients are not explicitly supported but may be compatible with Safeguard for Privileged Sessions.
When using an alternative Remote Desktop client application, the following limitations may occur:- Limited or no support for RDP shadowing.
- Limited or no support for Remote Desktop Gateway connections.
