How to perform a Force Unjoin of your Starling Subscription
In the event that your Starling Subscription in Safeguard becomes 'out of sync' with the Starling Cloud Servers, one side may believe that the Join is valid, whereas the other side believes the Join no longer exists or is no longer valid. The steps below should only be used as a last resort if clicking the "Unjoin" button in the Desktop Client, or using the standard API Delete command does not complete the unjoin successfully.
