Description
Not receiving SMS login codes when trying to sign in.

Cause
SMS login codes were delivered but no visible due to messages being filtered as spam in the mobile device.

Resolution
Upon verification is was confirmed that the messages were being routed to the user’s phone spam folder. The messages were being filtered by the device or carrier.

Additional Information
Mobile carriers may filter automated text messages. Marking messages as “Not Spam” can prevent recurrence. SMS delivery after sending depends on carrier and device settings.
