Cause
This error is caused by a lack of permissions as access is only granted to Tenant Admins

Resolution
In the following screens you will see how you can add Admin permissions to the impacted user account. First in One Login you will need to check your Applications and Role Memberships
You will need to ensure the authenticated user is in the 'One Identity PAM Admins' role.
You should now be able to return to the module labelled Privileged Access (PAM)
