In the Self-Service site when the user enters their login name the following error message is displayed in red writing.
No matching accounts have been found. Check your user name and try again.
Note: The same error may occur if a partial name is entered.
This is caused by an Administration setting which prevents users from searching for their login name.
Or, the user is not in the security group that is assigned to the User scope.
To allow users to search by their username (login ID), then the following setting must be enabled and its settings configured in the Admin site:
PMAdmin | General Settings | Search and Logon Options| Allow users to search for their account.
To disable this feature, the following setting must be set in the Admin site:
PMAdmin | General Settings | Search and Logon Options| Do not allow users to search for their accounts
You can also check the PMAdmin | User scope and verify that the user is part of the Security group added to Groups Allowed To Access. Ensure they are not in the Groups Denied Access to The Self-Service site.
