This is a permissions issue on the following directories:
Password Manager 5.9.X
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Web\Helpdesk\App_Data\Theme
C:\Program Files\One Identity\Password Manager\Web\User\App_Data\Theme
In here there should be 2 files with the latest date time stamp:
For Password Manager to run successfully, the accounts you specify when installing Password Manager must meet the following requirements:
Before you install Password Manager, make sure that the Password Manager Service account and application pool identity have the rights listed above.
Also make sure the account specified on the installation of Password Manager for IIS has the following permissions on the Theme folders listed above:
Restart IIS and then try opening the Self-Service and Helpdesk sites again.
