-When the 'QPM Service' is not operational, look for this error: 'Could not connect to net.tcp://127.0.01:8081/QPM.Services.AdminService. the connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:01.0469018. TCP Error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8081.'
-When the application Pool is not operational, look for this error: 'Service Unavailable', 'HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable'.
Note: If you cannot browse to the Default Web site (http://localhost) and the DefaultAppPool is stopped or crashes each time you browse to any website, contact Microsoft or consult Microsoft documentation to determine why IIS is not functioning properly.
