To change the text for the title of the Secure Password Extension Logon logo using the Password Manager ADM file and a policy applied to the Password Manager clients, you can find the setting here:
5.5.x: Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Classic Administrative Templates > Quest Password Manager > Generic Settings > Forgot my password settings
5.6.x & 5.7: Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Classic Administrative Templates > One Identity Password Manager > Generic Settings > Forgot my password settings
Entries are:
“Enable Display custom names for the forgot my password button” and “Set custom name for the forgot my password button”.

* If trying to change the default 'Forgot My Password' text on Windows 7 and the above does not work then try the modifying the settings at the location below. This was tested with 5.7.
Administrative Templates > One Identity Password Manager > Pre-Windows Vista Settings > Manage my password settings
Entries are:
"Display custom names for the Manage My Password button" and "Set custom name for the Manage My Password button in".
