When working in a single domain structured OU and each OU is dedicated to a specific 'Group', you may need assign a specific Help Desk gropu the the right to manage users in a specific group.
Example: Help Desk Group 1 needs to manage only users inside OU Group 1.
You must set up a new Management Policy for each 'Group' you require. As follows:
1. Open Admin Site
2. On the ‘Home’ tab scroll down to Add new Management Policy
3. Label policy with name of 'Group' for example
4. Configure the HelpDesk Scope by Adding Domain Controller
5. Under ‘Included’ – Select drop down ‘Organizational units allowed access to the HelpDesk site’
6. Add your OU
7. Click Save.
