You may have noticed that after creating a new Reporting DB, you no longer can retrieve the ‘Q&A Profile’ registration dates of your registered users, as the data is no longer available.
This is by design. The ‘Q&A Profile’ registration dates data is collected and stored in the DB during the point of the profile’s creation. Upon creating a new DB that data will no longer be available.
An Enhancement Request (TF00759043) has been created to include Q&A Profile registration date to the ‘User status (table)’ report.
You can either query the old DB or a backup of the old DB for the missing data, or you could check the user’s comment attribute directly:
