Description
While navigating to PMAdmin > Reporting > History, you may encounter the following error:"Directory 'C:\ProgramData\One Identity\EAF\02c5f92c-c8b7-4ac6-9cd8-9cc5d86e6c30\c17d9a6f-d05b-4ca3-8d29-8cb1f41e625e' does not exist"Upon navigating to C:\ProgramData\ you may notice that some or all of the containers/files are missing. -
Cause
Possible causes:
1. Reporting is not configured
2. Corrupt configuration or reporting database

Resolution
SOLUTION 1
- Navigate to the PMAdmin site, Reporting
- Click Edit Connections
- If there is no database configured, follow the steps to configure the Reporting database
SOLUTION 2
If the database is already configured, perform these steps to create a new one:
- Navigate to: PMAdmin > Reporting
- Click on Disconnect Servers
- Click Edit Connections and follow the steps to create a new database
- Navigate to PMAdmin > General Settings > Scheduled Tasks
- Manually execute the User Status Statistics task.
