Unable to remove expired telephony licensing information to make changes to any workflow.
The following errors are observed in the Event Viewer.
1. Request for an updated license key file for your current version.
2. Backup & Rename the SoftLicense key under the "DELL" node.
e.g rename SoftLicense to SoftLicenseOLD
3. Backup & Rename the license key under the "Quest Software" node
4. Reinstall the license key from the Password Manager Admin Site.
5. Verify the new SoftLicense key is now created under the "Quest Software" node at in registry at
6. Refresh the Password Manager Admin Site to confirm workflows can now be edited.
