When using the PMNewUser portal to reset a password, and allowing users the option to “reset password offline” PWM actually takes this setting as a required input and forces them to put in the code displayed by the offline password reset function before allowing them to complete the workflow. This is supposed to be an optional field, not a required one, and basically disallows users to reset their password if this option is enabled.

Issue is resolved in Password Manager 6.0.
