When product files become corrupted the best course of action is to re-install the base application.
1) Back up the existing configuration from within the PMAdmin site | general settings | import/export | create an export file
2) Remove Password Manager from Add/Remove programs (programs and features)
3) Re-install Password Manager using the installation media.
Please note: re-installing Password Manager will not remove any configuration as the PMAdmin site configuration files are stored with the program data directory which is not touched during the re-installation process. However its recommended to collect an export from step one just for back up.
