Unexpected behavior when editing workflow activity order
While attempting to edit the order of the activities within a Workflow, for example adding things like "E-mail the user if the workflow succeeds" activity and the "E-mail the user if a workflow fails", see things like duplicate entries getting created.

At this point in time there is no workaround apart from adding the workflow activity again until it stays.
