Full installation: License not found.
To continue the installation, specify a valid license file.

Cause
The license file specified is blank or is not for the correct product. -
Resolution
Open the license file (the file with the .ASC extension) that is being specified in Notepad or another text editor.
Although the file does contain encrypted information, some details are in plain text, such as the target product, valid versions, and expiration dates (if applicable).
If the file is blank or does not contain a reference to Password Manager, please obtain the correct file and attempt the installation again.
