Can Password Manager update an account password in two different domains at the same time? Or other connected systems where the account may exist?
WORKAROUND:
Password Manager is able to update account passwords in two different domains at the same time only through the One Identity Quick Connect.
Quick Connect can be linked into the password reset workflow within Password Manager thus when a password is changed in one system it will update the other AD password through the Quick Connect process. (see page 82-> of the Password Manager Admin guide attached)
Please contact your Account or Sales Rep for information on Quick Connect as it is a separate tool.
Without Quick Connect Password Manager is only able to change the account password in one domain at a time.
